Financing Investments can be done in many ways and there are several options open to a person who wishes to purchase an Investment Property Overseas.

These options include using:

Savings

Use money you have already saved (you will stand to make a far greater return on your money than if you just leave it sitting in the bank).
Email us the amount of savings you wish to use and a little information on what you are looking for to catherine@makemerich.ie  

Mortgage in Ireland

Equity Release on your home, or
Equity Release on an established investment property.
Make Me Rich Ltd is registered with IFSRA as a Mortgage Intermediary in Ireland.  We work with a mortgage company that will search 14 different lenders to find the right mortgage for you. To submit an application or for further information please email catherine@makemerich.ie

Mortgage Overseas

New overseas mortgage specifically for the purpose of the investment, or
Equity Release on an established investment property.

Developer Finance

In some cases the developer offers finance for the deposit allowing you to “roll up” the stage payments (deposit) and interest payments so you pay nothing until completion when the payments due can be included in your final mortgage.
Developer Finance is specific to certain developments and if they are available on a development you are keen to invest in then we can advise you on how to proceed with your purchase.  Please email catherine@makemerich.ie for a list of developments which offer Developer Finance.

Exchange Bond

In some cases it is possible to use The Overseas Exchange Bond (in place of your deposit).  This means you pay a fee to Exchange Bond to cover your deposit and keep your own money until completion.
Exchange Bond is specific to certain developments and if they are available on a development you are keen to invest in then we can advise you on how to proceed with your purchase. For further information please contact catherine@makemerich.ie

Most investors use a combination of the above options to finance an investment.  For example, if you are able to take an overseas mortgage for the final payment then you only need to secure the deposit (and some additional funds for closing) in order to proceed.  For the deposit you could use savings, release equity, developer finance or an exchange bond.  Make Me Rich Ltd have helped clients to purchase investment properties using all of these options.
